Brightwater is seeking a Marketing Lead to join our corporate team based out of our lovely Head Office in Inglewood. If you’re an experienced and passionate marketing professional driven to make a real difference, this is your opportunity to join us as we continue building the new Clinical Excellence Team, where innovation, compassion, and leadership inspires excellence to shape the future of care.

Reporting to the Brand and Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Brightwater’s marketing strategy, driving growth through targeted campaigns and strong, consistent brand messaging. This role ensures marketing activities align with organisational priorities, building a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Key duties/accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth.
  • Manage Brightwater’s digital ecosystem (SEO, SEM, automation) to deliver measurable results.
  • Own and deliver engaging social media strategies aligned to key KPIs.
  • Drive innovation through testing, optimisation and emerging marketing trends.
  • Oversee marketing budgets to maximise ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Analyse campaign performance, brand health and market trends, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing across digital, print and design channels

To be successful I this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering marketing strategies, campaigns and content across multiple channels.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including website management, social media and paid advertising.
  • Confident using analytics and data to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across teams and managing agencies.
  • Results-driven with the ability to deliver campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Hold a current WA Driver’s Licence, National Police Clearance and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
