Brightwater is seeking an energetic Learning Systems Officer to manage our learning management systems, coordinate key programs, track compliance, and support student placements while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide efficient administrative support to our Education & Clinical Specialties team. You’ll be the go-to for L&D enquiries, maintain accurate training records and coordinate induction programs and centralised training to ensure our workforce is supported, capable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the scheduling and coordination for external training providers while also maintaining and coordinating in-house learning events i.e scheduling in facilitators/ presenters and equipment as needed.
  • Assisting in the review and development of training documentation and monitoring training compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Preparing, maintaining and assembling learning resources and packs.
  • Providing administration support during the design, development and review of learning materials.
  • Preparing regular training completion rates and reports to the business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a business administration position, ideally within Learning and Development.
  • Excellent computer skills and systems capability, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Precious use of talent or learning management systems (experience with ELMO is highly regarded)
  • Excellent word processing skills with fast and accurate data entry ability.
  • Customer – focused work ethic with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
