We are seeking a Talent Mobilisation Partner to play a critical role in aligning workforce capability with organisational priorities. This is not a traditional recruitment role—this is about strategic talent deployment, internal mobility, and workforce planning.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager Business Partnering & Talent, you will partner closely with leaders to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Forecast workforce needs and design targeted recruitment strategies
  • Drive internal mobility by aligning employee skills and aspirations with opportunities
  • Lead and coach a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Use workforce analytics, HRIS and talent mapping to inform decisions
  • Identify capability gaps and support redeployment and development initiatives
  • Enable smooth employee transitions across roles, teams and projects
  • Support and embed the organisation’s Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Champion inclusive, transparent and equitable mobility practices
  • Track and report on workforce and mobility outcomes to inform future planning

What you’ll bring  

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning or talent management
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading recruitment teams or functions
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using HRIS/workforce data
  • A strategic mindset balancing business needs with employee career development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide leaders through change
  • A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusive workforce practices

You will also need:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months
  • Current ‘C’ Class Drivers License as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoTWA)
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
