Residential Aged Care – Inglewood | Permanent full-time

Lead with purpose and make an impact in the everyday lives of our clients in Residential Aged Care.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our RAC Allied Health team, delivering high-quality, client-centred care across our Residential Aged Care service.

In this senior position, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership, mentor physiotherapists and therapy staff, and support the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative physiotherapy services. You’ll play a key role in improving client outcomes while contributing to service development and continuous quality improvement.

This role will be based out of our flagship Inglewood Residential Aged Care Site which supports our clients across128 private rooms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessments, interventions and care planning for clients with complex needs
  • Act as a clinical expert and advisor to multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise physiotherapy staff and students
  • Contribute to recruitment, staff development and performance management
  • Support continuous improvement, clinical governance and evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client outcomes
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion and high-quality care

 

What you’ll bring  

  • Current Ahpra registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Extensive clinical experience, including working with complex cases
  • Proven leadership experience supervising clinicians or teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
  • Sound knowledge of aged care, disability or community health settings (highly regarded)

 

You will also need:

  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained in the last 12 months
  • Current ‘C’ Class Drivers License as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoTWA)
  • A valid NDIS clearance
