We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team. The role will be based at one of our sites in Manning listed with shifts offered as per below.

Week 1:

Wednesday: 2pm – 915pm

Thursday: 2pm – 915pm

Total Hours: 14 hours per fortnight

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards), or significant experience in a related setting and a willingness to undertake training
• Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in various environments and the ability to inclusively communicate with a diverse range of people Proven customer-focused work ethic
• Strong person-centred skills and behaviours in communicating and engaging and with clients with high support needs
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently
• Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
