We’re currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Brightwater The Village.

This is a permanent part-time position for the right candidate to work Night Shift:

To be considered the successful candidate must commit to working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays of week 1 and week 2 from 23:00 to 7:15.

Located in Inglewood, Brightwater The Village has been designed specifically for people living with dementia.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care by:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
  • Working closely with clients and teams to achieve the best outcomes
  • Supporting care aligned with individualised care plans
  • Promoting choice, independence, and quality of life

About You

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The confidence to lead shifts while mentoring and supporting team members
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
