Brightwater is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive excellence in safety, quality, and client experience across our aged care, disability and community services.
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Excellence Officer, you will lead a multidisciplinary team including Senior Policy, Quality, Privacy and Data specialists.
In this key role, you will lead organisational safety and quality strategy, oversee governance and compliance frameworks, and shape a strong culture of learning, accountability and person‑centred care. You’ll guide accreditation, regulatory performance, incident management, risk mitigation and client‑experience improvement initiatives across multiple service streams.
