Brightwater is seeking a General Manager, Communication and Customer Experience to join our passionate corporate team based out of our Head Office in Inglewood. Reporting into the Chief Clinical Excellence Officer, you will be key member of Brightwater’s senior management team and will provide strategic leadership and direction across customer experience/ engagement, marketing, communications and partnerships.   

In your new role you will be responsible for developing and implementing meaningful engagement strategies and fostering strong relationships internally and externally that drive and elevate the quality or service provided as well as organisational visibility!

Key Duties/Accountabilities

  • Leading annual budgeting and operational planning, ensuring clear performance targets and strong organisational outcomes.
  • Driving innovation to elevate customer experience, engagement, brand presence, and organisational communications.
  • Champion a customer‑centric culture by designing and delivering enterprise‑wide customer engagement strategies and enabling service excellence.
  • Building strategic relationships and partnerships, oversee fundraising initiatives, and ensure effective risk management to support long‑term growth and sustainability.

 

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Experience working at a strategic and operational level within an organisation with a sound understanding of organisational development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams with a goal oriented approach to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Including presentation and report writing) and the ability to influence, collaborate and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at an organisational level.
  • Satisfactory compliance requirement that includes National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months and a valid driver’s licence to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport (DoT).
