We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our welcoming team at Brightwater Inglewood, located north of the river.

What's on Offer

We have permanent part-time opportunities available across:

  • Morning (AM) shifts
  • Afternoon (PM) shifts
  • Night Duty (ND) shifts

To ensure continuity of care for our residents, we are seeking nurses who can commit to a minimum of three shifts per week, with a preference for availability across Monday to Friday.

About Brightwater Inglewood

Our purpose-built Inglewood facility features 128 private rooms across two levels, thoughtfully designed into eight individual households. This unique model creates a warm, welcoming, and home-like environment where residents can feel comfortable, connected, and supported.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances our residents' wellbeing and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care
  • Delivering care in line with individualised Care Plans
  • Promoting resident choice, independence, and dignity
  • Providing clinical leadership and support to care teams
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing to a safe, compassionate, and collaborative care environment

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse who enjoys working closely with residents and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • The confidence to lead shifts while mentoring and supporting team members
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
