Registered Nurses – Permanent Part Time Opportunity Brightwater Birralee

We’re currently looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Birralee in Innaloo.

Brightwater Birralee is a welcoming suburban site supporting:

• 30 permanent residents
• 30 Transition Care Program (TCP) clients

We provide high-quality care for individuals with a wide range of needs, including advanced dementia and high-care requirements, in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment.

What’s on Offer permanent part time work opportunity

• Thursday and Friday PM: 3:00pm – 11:15pm with the ability to pick up extra shifts when available.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
• Working closely with clients and teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Supporting care aligned with individualised care plans
• Promoting choice, independence, and quality of life

About You

We’re looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and who bring:

• Current Ahpra registration
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

You will also have:

• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
