Brightwater Relief Pool - Guaranteed hours on offer!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Care Worker to join our South area Staff Relief Pool. The successful candidate will cover planned leave across our Waikiki and Dudley Park (Mandurah) residential facilities on a permanent part-time basis.

Candidates will also be considered for future similar vacancies at Brightwater.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willing to work at both South sites (Waikiki and Dudley Park)
  • Available a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week
  • Must be available for at least two different shift types (Morning/Afternoon/Night) on those days

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality care and support to our clients
  • Ensuring the holistic needs of our clients are met in accordance with their Care Plan
  • Contributing to site reporting, accreditation standards and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds
  • Aged-care experience
  • An empathetic, compassionate nature with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to prioritise workload safely and efficiently
  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
