We are currently seeking applications for Hotel Services to join our Disability Services team at our sites in Kingsley & Balcatta. We are offering a permanent part time position working 36 hours per fortnight with opportunity to pick up shifts if there is any.

Shifts offered are per below:

Monday 0700 - 1530 (Balcatta)

Tuesday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley)

Monday 0700 - 1530 (Balcatta)

Tuesday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley)

Friday 0800 - 1400 (Kingsley)

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment, thorough laundry services and meals and refreshment requirements for clients, keeping with health codes and regulations.

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated understanding of working in a home environment, as opposed to commercial cleaning settings.
• Ability to balance task completion with maintaining a respectful, person‑centred approach in a client’s home.
• Cleaning experience is beneficial (aged care or hospital experience acceptable).
• Dementia care experience is useful but not essential.
• Strong flexibility and adaptability to client needs and the home setting.
• Capacity to engage clients in promoting independence, including involving them in light household tasks where appropriate.
• Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and support clients respectfully
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
• A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely environment
• Conduct cleaning stock and equipment audits and order cleaning stock as required
• Upholding health codes and regulations by providing a high-quality service
