Our Administration team our Transitional Rehab Site in Oat St is after an extra pair of hands to assist with administrative duties for 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) working standard officer hours from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.

 

About the Role:

Take on day to day administrative duties which includes, answering phone calls, directing enquiries, mending the reception and receiving and greeting visitors and residents and other ad hoc administrative duties.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication interpersonal skills that builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills and clear understanding of individual privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (desirable)
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
