As part of a roster refresh, Brightwater is now reviewing Registered Nurse applications for both permanent and casual shifts. We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified, and experienced RNs to join our RAC facilities.
The Role:
This positions forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group.
Registered Nurse staff deliver inclusive, person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
To be successful, you will possess the following attributes:
Shifts and Sites:
Registered Nurses may be rostered for vacant AM & PM and some Night shifts, between Monday to Friday. Our AM shift typically being 7am to 3.15pm & our PM shift typically between 3pm and 10.15pm.

You should also include those facilities you are willing to work within, noting not all sites will have sufficient shifts on their own. If you are interested in weekend work or night shifts, please highlight this within your cover-letter.
Please note, we are not currently seeking applications from those that are outside of Australia at this time.
For those seeking casual employment, however our preference is that you can commit to a minimum of two days per week (excluding weekends)
