Brightwater is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Lead to drive innovative talent acquisition strategies and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

 

In this role, you will be shaping and introducing innovative strategies and best practices to both our internal recruitment team and key stakeholders to ensure organisational recruitment needs are met across the board. 

 

Key areas of responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering best-practice recruitment programs to attract and retain diverse talent aligned with Brightwater’s workforce needs.
  • Overseeing recruitment platforms, documentation, and templates, ensuring policies are current and adhered to.
  • Championing and developing customer-focused recruitment activities and ensuring timely, professional outcomes across the recruitment process.
  • Providing leadership and support to recruitment staff, fostering development, performance, and a positive team culture.
  • Monitoring recruitment practices, implement system upgrades, and promote service enhancements through collaboration and feedback.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience developing relevant, innovative recruitment initiatives to support strategic objectives with strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment practices, methods and programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of industrial awards/agreements, relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including immigration processes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence a group of diverse stakeholders as well as lead a high-performing team.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems (PageUp preferred)
  • Self-driven with high degree of initiative coupled with the ability to lead and support team members to achieve a flexible, high-performance team culture.
  • Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
