Brightwater have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property & Assets Administration Assistant to join the Property and Procurement Team. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis at Brightwater Central in Inglewood at our state-of-the-art facility.

Reporting to the Property Management Officer, this position provides comprehensive administration support, and coordination of services relating to asset and property services across the organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in or knowledge of property maintenance administration or help desk experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to liaise, consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build successful relationships.
  • Strong database entry and software management skills with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in an office administration/customer service position or
  • Sound knowledge of customer service concepts and strategies as they apply to help desk functions.
  • Comprehension of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes related to invoice entry and processing.
  • Experience in or knowledge of property maintenance administration or help desk experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
