We're seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator on a Fixed Term 12-month contract to support the successful delivery of strategic projects across Brightwater. About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support across Brightwater's portfolio of strategic initiatives. You'll assist with project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance activities, while helping to monitor budgets, milestones, risks and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in line with Brightwater's Project Management Framework.
You'll also contribute to change management activities and support the translation of strategic priorities into practical actions across the organisation.
This is a varied and collaborative role, offering exposure to projects across Business Services, People Services, Operations, Commercial Services and Information Technology, while working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business.

Experience within aged care, disability services or healthcare will be highly regarded but is not essential.
