Brightwater is seeking a Manager, Brand and Partnerships, to join our corporate team based out of our lovely Head Office in Inglewood. In this dynamic role, you will be key in leading and implementing initiatives that drive both marketing strategies and strategic engagement efforts, including fundraising activities, to enhance the organization’s reach, impact and financial sustainability.

Key Duties/Accountabilities

• Providing overall leadership and management to Marketing and Comms teams and actively contributing to the development and implementation of Brightwater’s Strategic Plan.
• Promoting and expanding the profile of Brightwater in the community, ensure a coordinated, cohesive and responsive approach to market, and inclusive communication with our employees.
• Developing and implementing marketing, fundraising and sales strategies that align with business objectives and are informed by customer insights and market research to support business growth.
• Developing and implementing market analysis, research and reporting activities to track and improve campaign performance, as well as identify new and expand existing opportunities.
• Overseeing the development and delivery of annual budgets and operational business plans, ensuring these are aligned to strategic goals and agreed KPIs, including measurable targets and service standards.
• Empowering the larger team to deliver high performance service and quality outcomes through collaboration and clear objective setting.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the aged care landscape to inform sales and marketing strategies.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering a broad range of marketing services and engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to manage and enhance a company’s brand through consistent messaging and creative campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions to optimize effectiveness of marketing and engagement strategies.
• Experience in strategic operational planning with strong campaign management activities.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the demonstrated ability in building collaborative and consultative working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development and change management.
• Satisfactory compliance requirement that includes National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months and a valid driver’s licence to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport (DoT).
