The Opportunity
As Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll sit alongside leaders and key stakeholders to turn organisational priorities into a proactive people plan — building capability, strengthening engagement and lifting performance. You’ll be the go-to advisor for managers on policy, employee relations and workforce matters, bringing sound judgement, clear advice and a strong risk lens. You’ll also help drive consistent, best-practice application of Brightwater’s frameworks to improve key HR metrics and support a positive workplace culture.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead, with the backing of a high-performing People & Culture team.
What You’ll Do
About You
You’re an experienced HR professional ready for your next step — commercially minded, confident in ER/IR, and known for getting traction with leaders. You balance people, risk and operations, and you turn ambiguity into clear, practical action.
