Position Description

Our Younger Onset Dementia (YOD) Supported Independent Living (SIL) home located in Kingsley, is due to be open very soon and we are excited to offer opportunities for our current Brightwater Hotel Services to join the team.  This brand-new YOD Service Model & Model of Care incorporates a Dementia enabling environment, reablement and active care approach and relationship centred care.

The home will support 5 clients and has multiple living areas, large outdoor spaces, established gardens and a dedicated Therapy Room.
