The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident, experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join us as Clinical Nurse Manager at our Brightwater Kinglsey TCP site.
Brightwater Kingsley, located in Perth’s northern suburbs, delivers a specialised Transition Care Program (TCP) designed to support older adults following a hospital stay.
Our 41-bed residential service at 41 Renegade Way, Kingsley provides short-term, home-like accommodation for individuals who are not yet ready to return home independently or move into permanent residential aged care. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing clinical care delivery within the TCP setting. You will support a team of nursing and care staff to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based care for clients during their transition from hospital to home or ongoing care.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a short-term, restorative care environment, where outcomes-focused clinical practice and strong team collaboration are central to success.
In this key leadership role, you will partner closely with the Service Manager to uphold exceptional clinical standards in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater’s Clinical Governance Framework. You will mentor and empower a dedicated team of health professionals, championing holistic, person‑centred care that truly reflects Brightwater’s Mission and Values.
