Our catering solutions not only keep our own clients well nourished, but also other care homes, commercial operations, and a number of Meals on Wheels organisations. Our 1000 sqm commercial kitchen combines top-of-the-range equipment with a fully trained team of catering professionals to produce over 600,000 meals per year.

We currently have casual opportunities for reliable and motivated individuals to work as Catering Assistants to join our commercial catering team based in Malaga. Typical hours of work are between 6am – 2pm, 7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.

You will assist the Chef Supervisor in the general preparation and provision of high-quality meals whilst ensuring a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment.

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a large food production facility/commercial kitchen (preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety guidelines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate work schedules to meet changing requirements, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
