The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Lead to provide leadership to our Business Systems team and play a key role in ensuring our enterprise applications and business systems continue to support the evolving needs of our organisation.

What you’ll bring  

  • Significant experience leading business systems, application support, or enterprise systems functions
  • Strong knowledge of business applications, systems support, and reporting environments
  • Experience operating within structured IT Service Management environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • The ability to influence outcomes across technical and non-technical teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (highly desirable)
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
  • A current valid WA driver’s licence.
