An exciting internal opportunity has just come up for a suitably qualified Allied Health practitioner to take their next step as an Allied Health Team Lead on a permanent full-time basis! This unique opportunity offers an interesting and rewarding caseload in managing and growing the existing Allied Health Service as well as the successful delivery of the Support at Home Program and Transition Care Service in the Community.  

Operating in a fast-paced environment, this role will suit a self-motivated individual who can think quickly on their feet whilst having a strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience in leadership and will have the ability to work well under pressure whilst  managing conflicting priorities. You will be experienced in setting clear priorities and driving a high performance culture.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Embrace the customer centric approach of Brightwater ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Hold a tertiary Allied Health qualification and registration.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals
  • Experience in health, aged or community service environment with an in-depth understanding of various funding and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to business demands in an ever changing environment will set you apart from other individuals.
  • Hold a ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
