Position Description

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our Maylands, Supported Independent Living team on a permanent fulltime basis.

Our Team Leader manages the day-to-day operation of a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house. This includes the direct supervision and mentorship of Disability Support Workers (DSW), Advanced DSWs and hotel services to deliver client directed care and support in line with Brightwater’s Mission and values. This position also supports the SIL Coordinator to develop and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability of the service.
