The primary role of the Team Lead, Client Engagement is to develop and manage a small team to successfully identify, acquire and on-board new clients across Brightwater’s disability services.

 

The Team Lead, Client Engagement will proactively and professionally engage with clients and influencers (families and referrers) to promote business development, provide best-practice and consistent client experience across the end to end onboarding process and ensure process alignment with Brightwater standards.
 

This role will be recruited on a fixed-term full time basis until Jan 2027 to cover a period of parental leave and will be based in our head office in Inglewood.

The be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Social Work with a current
  • AHPRA registration or AASW membership, or relevant health sector experience.
  • Experience managing a small team, fostering a high performance, client focused culture.
  • In depth knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme Operational Guidelines including access requirements.
  • Suitable health industry case management experience which includes the ability and experience in assessing client requirements, including clinical; facilitating appropriate support; and managing new entrants and existing clients.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer-focused work ethic, highly developed person-centred skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence to drive in Western Australia, as defined by the WA Department of Transport (DoT).
  • Current Working with Children’s Check or ability to obtain one.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
