  • Brightwater Care Group – Head Office, Inglewood, WA, Australia, 6052
  • Casual

An exciting casual opportunity is available for a reliable and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Brightwater At Home team working in our Community Aged Care programs.

This is a casual position supporting clients who are based Central - South of River. This includes Kalamunda, Cannington, Bibra Lake areas down to Armadale, Wellard and Byford

Our Brightwater at Home team is based out of our lovely head office in Inglewood with access and flexibility to work out of our various facilities across the Perth Metro, or from the comfort of your home.

You will work with a mix of clients receiving either Support at Home Packages or Transitional Care Community packages. Transition care provides short-term care to optimise the functioning and independence of older people after a hospital stay. Transition care is goal-oriented, time-limited and therapy-focused. The programme seeks to enable older people, where possible, to return home after a hospital stay rather than prematurely enter residential aged care.

You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering the program with support from dedicated client coordinators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, social worker, nurses and community support workers.

If this sounds like the right role for you, Brightwater is able to offer:

  • The ability to salary package – meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay
  • Our unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus which gives you discounts with over 370 retailers
  • Private health benefits and discounts
  • Extensive learning and development opportunities, including PD days.
  • Vehicle allowance, mobile phone and laptop provided.

About Brightwater:

In 2026, Brightwater celebrates 125 years in the aged care and disability services sector where care is at our core.
