We have multiple casual opportunities for you to join Brightwater Linen, a first-class commercial laundry management and linen supply service as a Laundry Assistant.

Based at Malaga Business Park, our 3500 sqm commercial laundry facility features state-of-the-art industrial equipment where we provide comprehensive laundry services to clients throughout Western Australia including hotels, mine sites and care facilities.

We require you to have good availability Monday to Friday with flexibility to work varying hours with preference to applicants that can work between hours of 12pm to 10pm.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:

• This is a physically demanding role, and you will need to be fit and able to move heavy trolleys throughout the facility.
• Previous Laundry work or cleaning experience desirable
• Effective written, verbal and communication skills
• The ability to work as a flexible and engaging team member.
• Demonstrated ability to approach work with a clear, calm and efficient manner.
• Flexibility to work when required- essential.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old

Responsibilities include:

• All facets of commercial laundry processing
• Maintaining all laundry equipment in a clean and safe working order
• Providing a service that is customer focused, ensuring all good are delivered to the required standard.
• Operate CBW washers, dryers, ironers and towel folders in accordance with Brightwater safety standards.
• Adhere to work practices, methods, policies and procedures.
• Providing an efficient laundry service
