Are you a strategic communicator who loves to craft stories that inspire, inform and connect? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic communications professional to play a key role in delivering impactful external and internal communications across a purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting to our Communications Manager, you’ll help bring Brightwater’s story to life – building awareness and engagement across our diverse audiences, from staff and clients to the wider community. Working as part of a collaborative and creative team, you'll shape campaigns, craft compelling content, and contribute to Brightwater’s reputation as both a trusted service provider and an employer of choice.

You’re a versatile communicator who can shift seamlessly between audiences and channels. You are curious and collaborative – willing to tackle all parts of the communications function and be able to juggle multiple exciting projects at any given time. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis and will be based at Brightwater Central in Inglewood.
