Our 1000 sqm commercial kitchen combines top-of-the-range equipment with a fully trained team of catering professionals to produce over 600,000 meals per year.

We currently have casual opportunities for reliable and motivated individuals to work as a Catering Assistant in our commercial catering team based in Malaga. You will assist the general preparation and provision of high-quality meals whilst ensuring a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment.

Typical hours of work are between 6am – 2pm with occasional work between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

To be suitable for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a large food production facility/commercial kitchen (preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment (preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety guidelines and recording food safety temperatures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate work schedules to meet changing requirements, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
