We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our RAC facilities located within the northern suburbs. This position is being offered on a casual (to cover periods of planned and unplanned leave), working Monday to Friday, with typical shift times of 8.00am - 4.00pm.

 

The role:

This Administration Assistant position will provide general administrative support to our RAC facilities within the northern suburbs. This busy role will see you provide an efficient and effective administrative solution, as directed by each site leadership team.

Your fortnightly roster will be published in advance, to allow for planning.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous administration experience and ability to accurately input data with high attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that builds and develops teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service skills and clear understanding of individual privacy and confidentiality requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and priorities tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines
  • A current satisfactory National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 12 months)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
