We are currently seeking applications for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care Team at the Cove on a permanent full-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight.
The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for completing initial physiotherapy assessments to understand each clients unique goals and contribute to the development of each clients individual care plan. The Senior Physiotherapist will also be responsible for developing an individualised therapy program for each client to support them to reach their rehabilitation goals. The Senior Physiotherapist role includes supervision of a team of therapy assistants and providing supervision to physiotherapists. The Senior Physiotherapist plays an active role in the weekly site MDT to support safe and effective care.
